The house was built in 2012 in the traditional style of Alquézar. Thanks to its high location on the edge of the village, it has stunning views over the village and its surroundings. Yet it only takes a few minutes' walk to reach the centre of the village for a lovely terrace or restaurant.

The house is suitable for five people and is located on its own 250 m2 of land. In front of the house is a terrace with morning sun and village views. At the back is the spacious garden and sheltered terrace with complete privacy. Here you overlook the green mountains of the Sierra de Guara.

Wifi is available in the house. The house is heated in an environmentally friendly way by a heat pump. This controls the air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house stands on its own access road with parking, so there is no traffic past the house.

The first floor has a large living area with two sitting areas, fireplace and a fully equipped luxury Bulthaup kitchen. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. It also features a room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
