Las Balsas

Las Balsas is the house next to A CASA and is therefore in the same beautiful area. The house is suitable for up to six people and is set in its own grounds of 300 m2. In front of the house is a terrace with morning sun and village views. At the back is a spacious garden and next to the house there is another sheltered upper terrace with evening sun.
The house has heating and air conditioning and Wifi is available. The house has its own access road with parking, so there is no traffic past the house.
The ground floor has a large living area with a sitting area, a fireplace, a dining area and a semi-open kitchen. On the same floor there is a bedroom (two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer.
The upper floor has two double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and bathroom with bath. There is also one bedroom with two single beds and a third bathroom with shower and toilet.
